MARRIAGES

Those planning marriage should notify the pastor at least one year in advance.  The Church sees marriage in one’s own parish as the most proper arrangement, therefore, people who reside in St. Catharine – St. Margaret Parish have a right to be married here.  Others should receive the sacrament in their own parishes.  The bride, the groom, or their parents must be registered and living in St. Catharine's parish for at least one year.  Pre-Cana or Engaged Encounter Weekend is required as is participation in FOCCUS; a self-diagnostic inventory designed to help couples learn more about themselves and their unique relationship.  Please call the rectory 449-5765, ext. 166 for arrangements.

For those contemplating marriage the following items are available for printing from this web site.
